I love that I am able to highlight and create my own notes on my Ipad after taking into consideration the ‘how to get the most out of this kit’ section. It is such a simple yet in depth read and very well planned out. Everything from how it is sectioned and informative is great. It is really beefed up with valuable information and totally free - which is something you do not see someone share so willingly often. Learning how to recognize burnout is something that I struggled with until it was too late and I was over the edge. So adding that section opened my eyes into how to interject and refresh before reaching those critical symptoms. After finishing the burnout kit, I was able to implement a lot of tips and tricks into my daily routine which has continually aided with fast intervention at the starting point of burnout.

The Burnout Recovery Kit was both informative and easy to read. The kit helped me understand what burnout is and recognize the steps I need to take, laid out in clear and actionable steps. I found the the prompts and fact-based advice added a lot of value. All in all, a worthwhile and helpful read.
Rey has always been a mentor for me during my university experience and when she told me that she was pursuing her passion in life coaching and wrote a book for dealing with burn out, I had to check it out. In the kit, Rey goes through proven strategies for dealing with stress and working on pacing yourself. For type A personalities who generally struggle with putting commitments to work and passion above their own health, this is an excellent read for understanding strategies that can benefit you in your life!

I work a lot and don’t give myself time to relax often. From full time jobs to side gigs - it gets very draining. Even just reading through the materials Rey has provided has given me the mindset of taking more time to strengthen myself mentally and help leave moments of burnout more effective.
The Burnout Recovery Kit dives into so many important topics about staying healthy and refreshed on a consistent basis. It provides the reader with answers on how to find balance and does so via visually appealing diagrams and charts. I really enjoyed reading the Burnout Recovery Kit!

Rey’s Burnout Recovery Kit is amazing! Most burnout tools help with the recovery or the aftermath of those peak stress periods. Rey’s Burnout Recovery Kit is so much more. It not only gives great tools to help you recover, but also teaches you to understand burnout as a wholistic concept. It helps you recognize when you’re getting into the warning zone and what to do through all stages and levels of stress. I was struggling with a number of personal and professional issues and Rey’s kit was a huge help. Not only did it help me get through a tough time, but it gave great advice and lessons that I’ll use for the rest of my life! Highly recommend!
