November 22, 2024: Ben Bodell came to our home last week for our fall/winter maintenance. He was punctual, personable and polite. He works quickly and efficiently. Ben explained the procedure for maintenance and how his equipment measures the efficiency of our units. He explained the changes in refrigerant coming in 2025 and available options for our equipment. We appreciate his professionalism. We also appreciate Mike in the office who scheduled our appointment and patiently accommodated our schedules. Thank You! David Feldman recently did the semi-annual preventative maintenance on our HVAC equipment. As usual, he was prompt for our appointment time, very efficient, detailed and right to the point. He is knowledgeable and carefully explained everything that he was doing. We really value his courteous service. David is a true professional. Mike, who scheduled our appointment, was very helpful and respectful of our schedule. Rite-Way also recently installed a HVAC system for our 1960-era family home. Everything went smoothly, from the initial evaluation and fair price estimate through the project plan and system installation. Rite-Way’s personnel were very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. The quoting process was well communicated by Geoffrey Burge. He was extremely patient answering our questions & explaining in terms a non-professional could understand. We learned a great deal about HVAC systems. He was never pushy but informative in explaining options, the intricacies of the systems and the contact process. The installation was flawless. Gabriel Hofer-Snyder evaluated the existing system set-up and updated specifications. He was very thorough and effectively explained the installation process in detail. The installers were very professional and very courteous the entire time. The team, led by Devin Camacho-Velasquez, worked carefully and efficiently. The installation took one day as promised. Tim Stiles cleaned out our ductwork and registers. He was very careful with everything he handled and cleaned up after he was finished. He did a very thorough and great job

My husband put in a review already but we were unable to find it so, we are putting in another review just to make sure. Oswaldo Ramos was very helpful and professional. He explained everything before starting and then explained the results and the options available for further service, to make sure everything was good and accurate so that no further will happen anytime soon. Just in case there is an undetected problem that has not presented itself yet. I will refer him and his company if anyone expresses any plumbing problems to us. We have not had any heating or cooling issues but, if we do we will make sure to call Rite Way before trying any other company. Thank you for your service and your professional employees.

We needed a RiteWay plumber and Dylan saved the day. He discovered immediately what was backing up our toilets and tub, cleaned it out. Dylan was very reassuring and suggested two things: calling in Rite Way once a year to check the flow and that, since our toilets are quite old, we would help preventing a recurrence by purchasing new toilets. James was very cooperative he installed the showerhead and the faucet in the sink. In addition, I requested information Regarding getting a new toilet, which was off my living room, you provided me with a quote for that toilet, I then mentioned the toilet that was in the bedroom where the shower was located and indicated That that toilet was not refilling with water coming out from around the Inside rim, I just thought that that was how the toilet was intended to operate, but he looked at the situation and indicated that that that area was blocked by calcification and was not properly refilling so he provided me with information on replacing the toilet. I accepted the quote that he presented. I then mentioned to him that I had an issue with my water softener and that the salt in the water softener was continually getting rock hard, and the water softener was not properly operating. He looked at the situation and attempted to solve the problem, but apparently it could not be solved in an effect of water softener, which I Previously Little over one year ago was an affect broken due to Salt hardening and not remaining in a granulated form so that the water softener could properly operate and offered alternatives as to what to do with this issue. And again took one of his recommendations to solve this problem. Finally, I mentioned to him that Water was accumulating in the dishwasher, which was next to the sink and that the sink which consisted of two separate Areas which each had their own individual drain was causing an issue to have that water bill up which needed to be solved. I assumed this would be solved when the installation of the toilet and a new water softener would be Installed. James Explained all the issues involved with the toilets, water softener, And water accumulating and a dishwasher so I understood what is going on. He was very Cooperative and explanatory.

Joseph Carter and his crew just completed a complex install of new 200 amp electric with split system AC and furnace system . They coordinated with SSVEC electric, the City of Sierra Vista and Riteway Electric, Plumbing and other departments. All personnel did excellent work. This is the 10th house of ours that Riteway has worked on since 2012. I highly recommend Joe Carter and Riteway.

Lorenzo and his team did an excellent installation. They ran into a problem when a communication cable that was extended by our builder was not properly spliced. They were able to diagnose the problem and quickly make the repair. They always addressed any of my concerns.

Rite Way always provides excellent service and Noe was no exception. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with the awful Leven switches in my home. He listened and troubleshooted to do his best to solve the issue. I will definitely be requesting him again if I need additional repairs.

Date of service, November 20, 2024; Service provided by Angela Paquette. Angela was dispatched to unclog a bathtub drain at my house. The tub, drain, and pipes all date to 1950s. Gaining access to the clog area was a bit of a challenge. Angel solve this problem quickly without damaging the old fixtures, and she unclogged the drain in what seemed record time. When asked, Angela cheerfully provided advice about a couple of other plumbing issues at the house which I much appreciated. Angela arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. She is very personable and extremely capable. I would request her for future work at my home.

I had a pinhole leak on the incoming old water line to the house near the spigot by the front door, forcing me to shut the water off to the house. Nathaniel showed up, assessed the situation and gave me some options,after discussing those options Nathaniel went to work quickly removing the old insulation,pipe and spigot. After fitting a new connection and spigot, Nathaniel, put some new insulation on the new pipe part(s). Thanks, Nathaniel and Rite Way for getting me up and running quickly!

Marco did a great job diagnosing and resolving the issue with our water heater, and helping me with adjustments on thermostat settings.

Nathanial H. Did a great job helping me with a leaking outdoor faucet/valve . We troubleshot different things we could do to minimize the amount of work and came up with best solution. He is very helpful and am very pleased with the results. And Ramon Castillo did a great job assessing the bad compressor that’s under warranty. That’s been incredibly noisy since the first weeks you guys installed the unit. One service call they let some charge loose but that didn’t help. Ramon took his time with the units and assessed the issue properly.

Daniel did a great job on all the items I needed done, which were numerous. Everything works great and looks great.

11/30/24:I want to thank Sandy for being kind on Friday 11/29/24 setting up an appt. for a Sat, Thank Nathaniel for making the trip and giving me an honest outcome which replacing a 21yr old water heater is necessary and gave me all options available and was great explaining & answering any questions I had. Nathaniel was polite & professional and I appreciated that. Being new to AZ and not knowing the reputation of any businesses out here RiteWay came highly recommended by strangers I made conversation with in passing around town and that have personally used them and shared there experiences using them. I kept it in mind and thus far no disappointment to what was said. New hot water heater will be coming on Monday 12/2/24. Plan on contacting them in the future for furnace replacement etc. Thank you RiteWay for having a phenomenal team.
