A consultant turned me on to Ryan's course. I watched it, took a few notes, and with a couple hours started sending out emails to cold interview targets.
These were NOT customers of mine - they're people who I had absolutely no previous relationship with.
Using Ryan's templates, 16% of my targets agreed to an interview. That close rate blew my mind - why would people be willing to give me a half hour of their time for free?
I still don't know, but they did, and I can only assume they did because I followed Ryan's methodology.

Where to even start!!!

I've done customer interviews since my days as a sales trainer. I've never seen a better list, and I've never seen a better system than Ryan Paul Gibson's.
