Where to even start!!!
I reached out to Ryan to help me as I worked through my first qualitative customer research program, as I was honestly a little intimidated to go it fully alone. His videos and course are so helpful and easy to follow along with. If you have the budget to go the route where he helps, I would 100% recommend, especially if it's your first go at it.
