Chris and Laurence are excellent coaches and the content, how they delivered it and how the entire course flowed was so very well thought through. I cant recommend this enough to any SDR/BDR leaders whether new to the game or seasoned. I've gained some valuable tips and processes that have already benefitted my current team.

As an SDR leader, there isn't much material out there to help self-develop to the same extent there is for IC roles. It's easy to feel imposter syndrome, which is why this SDR Bootcamp has been so valuable to managers like myself. The mix of theory and practical sessions delivered by both Chris and Laurence act as a perfect blend to help action the learnings we made earlier in the week. In some ways, it's educated me on just how many hats we wear as managers (leader, coach, recruiter, culture builder, trainer etc) how to manage your biases, provided templates to help build an effective strategy, frameworks for hiring plans but equally important it's also helped to validate that I am on the right track and taking the right action, in the interest of my team. If you're starting out in your SDR leadership journey or considering management as the next step in your career, this course will be one of the best investments you make.

The camaraderie among first-time managers was heartwarming, and the technical sessions offered invaluable templates to optimize processes and assess team performance. The SDR Leader course was super valuable, showcasing a well-structured format with thoughtfully curated topics. Laurence & Chris' experience and expertise was evident, delivering extremely clear and concise content. I've often found other sales courses to be a bit too high-level.
