The amount of precision and care Macy provided is a testament to her results. Before the challenge, I thought selling was showing up as a lemon lot salesman, an annoying cold calling telemarketer, or an unethical network marketer. This belief was definitely keeping me away from sales.
When I signed up for the challenge, I thought I was going to hear about tactics and surface level strategy but that was not the case and I am so happy for it. Not only did I learn to LOVE sales, I learned what sales WILL do for my life.
If you think "I'm not a salesperson" it's simply because you bought into the wrong belief. You are already a salesperson and you sell every single day. The problem is, you have been avoiding selling intentionally. Get into the room with Macy and watch your world change. My confidence is on level 10 now when it comes to talking about money, sales, and my offer. Now, I hunt daily for my sales message. I have watched Macy and The Salesgirls for about the last 6 months in various platforms like Youtube, podcast and socials. I've always been attracted to her energy and ability to tell a story while delivering a sales message. Belief and mindset are half the battle and this challenge helped to do just that. The Sell Your Offer Challenge was literally the first challenge I have attended where I didn't stop writing down notes. Normally I feel like I tune out midway through and can't focus - this ain't it. There are many things I can pinpoint that I have gained from this challenge: 1) Macy and the team run a tight ship. The Sell Your Offer Challenge has been life changing for me. Before, I thought I was not good at sales, I'll create a freebie, and then people will naturally be curious about my core offer, becoming a client. I was so wrong. Through this challenge, I've learned that I'm actually doing them a disservice by providing a free product that they most likely won't even, much less use. Not only sales tactics, but tips and tricks in being confident and believing in myself and my abilities. Hello Fellow Sales GirlsI I was tragically unable to finish day 1 with your live, on-line webinar. Sales Girls replays were my saving grace. I am about to do day five now, today on Saturday. Thank-you Macy! You are so full of calm energy, and I feel, truly love and admirer all of us who stepped into your room for the challenge. I have been bouncing back and forth between multiple Careers, and practices. At the core, “everything” is about “sales” The rest of what I practice behind the scenes is the mastering of the tools in each of these trades. I have been ( because of fear) straddling 3 industries at the same time. As you might say, a jack of all, but a master of none. You have totally changed my thinking. I am now selecting one, and becoming “the master of IT so that I can truly be a blessing to the people around me, and also for myself going into the finale. I have just turned 65. I have been spinning my own wheels for 35 years. I had my own business at 35 years old as a Freight Forwarder. 9/11, and the wrong partnership led me to feeling defeated. I lost all my money, and the people in my life at the time said “look, Why did you think you could run a shipping company as a woman. After 15 years, I left the industry with my tail between my legs and become a Realtor. Most people would have envied the practice I built, but I was still unhappy. Today I choose to finish in my now chosen, only practice, and put on “ my “big girl cap” and once again, DO IT AFRAID. I am back with my son, in construction, and restoration. I will, behind the scenes ( Spend 3 hours early in the morning working on my craft, then out in the field practicing.) I will not spend the rest of my life afraid of failure. I will walk into the room with the sun light on my face, and confidence that only the Holy Spirit gives. Even if I can’t feel it. I will not look at every presentation and dissect it for beating on myself, or for “not the perfect delivery. I will be scheduling into real estate sales meetings as a guest with the offer to help Realtors develop a “side hustle” with my son and his team of contractors. They will be project managers on their clients home renovations through insurance restoration, and otherwise. Even if I feel I can’t face it, I will, with the tremble, and the smile. I will finally someday, leave a legacy. “Don’t just feed them, teach them to fish.” THATS WHAT MY SALES ABILITY can do. thank you Macy, and cheers to all of us Sales Girls! Keep on Keeping on! I just wanted to jump in and share my experience , not only to offer encouragement, but also to respond to some of the negative comments I recently read. I believe this kind of challenge is meant for those who are ready to level up and step into a new season. For me, it was about breaking free from the constant discounting trap I just couldn’t escape it. This challenge helped me tremendously. I also came across some negative reviews, particularly regarding the use of Scripture like the reference to 1 Kings 17, where the prophet Elijah tells the widow to borrow in order to get out of debt. Some felt it was misinterpreted. But here’s the truth: revelation comes through the Holy Spirit, and it resonates differently with each person. A year and a half ago, I borrowed money to start my business. I had invested everything I had, and by the time we opened, we had no money left to cover the months ahead. But do you know what happened? From the very first month, God provided. Every bill was paid on time, without debt. Six months later, we were even able to start paying ourselves a salary and our income has continued to grow. The best part? My business partner had significant debt. We are now using part of the income to create an additional salary stream that helps pay off that debt. So yes, the Scriptures shared in this challenge are absolutely applicable to the one the Holy Spirit reveals them to.

Incredible value for the price point
Incredible value for the price point. Noticed that some of the lower reviews provided were because of the religious tie-ins that Macy incorporates. As a completely non-religious person, I can totally see past that and still appreciate the messaging 100%. So if that's holding you back from participating - you don't have to believe the same things to get a ton of value out of this. Selling is the #1 constraint in my business, so I won't let anything stand in the way of me getting that information from the right people! And Macy knows her shit!

Great introduction to resetting your mindset and approach to sales conversations
I entered this challenge knowing that it is a stepping stone for a larger program and intensive training, but MAN did it give me the mindset shift I needed to feel empowered to take on upcoming sales calls and to sell my offer. This course provides you with "why" selling is not a pitch but a process and is built on a foundation of understanding the importance of persuasion. It is rooted in helping you change your concept of your ability to sell and how you approach the art of sales. It gives you a baseline framework for becoming more confident in sales. I upgraded at the last minute to the VIP Coaching room and it paid AMAZING dividends. It was worth being a fly on the wall for the coaching sessions and to gain live insights from Macy. I do not think I would have gotten as much out of this experience had I not been in the VIP room! I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to start rewiring their brain to approach the sales process in a positive manner. I entered this challenge needing a system reset. I began the week feeling overwhelmed and very anxious around my ability to sell and ended the week with my brain buzzing from a shifted mindset and TONS of notes/insights.

Decent content but time wasted
She does a great job getting you excited for your sales career and reminding you about the steps in the sales process and the importance of putting the focus on the customer and their tailored offer. Be prepared that she spends more than half the time promoting her sales school so that you are motivated to buy in at the end of the week. The content we paid for in the Sell Your Offer Challenge could be delivered in an hour one day rather than 7.5 hours over the week. She tells you what to do but not how to do it. The homework would be more useful to talk about applying the tools to our own sales pitches rather than doing video reviews of the SYOC throughout the week. I will not be recommending this to colleagues in professional sales roles.

The amount of precision and care Macy provided is a testament to her results. Before the challenge, I thought selling was showing up as a lemon lot salesman, an annoying cold calling telemarketer, or an unethical network marketer. This belief was definitely keeping me away from sales.
When I signed up for the challenge, I thought I was going to hear about tactics and surface level strategy but that was not the case and I am so happy for it. Not only did I learn to LOVE sales, I learned what sales WILL do for my life.
If you think "I'm not a salesperson" it's simply because you bought into the wrong belief. You are already a salesperson and you sell every single day.
