I called Service RX to fix my treadmill. Marcus arrived on time, was pleasant and had a complete understanding of possible issues. He spent time inspecting the equipment and determined the issue. Marcus worked on my Proform Cardio HIIT Trainer. It no longer has the loud, metal/bell-ringing noise. The pedals move without an issue.
Excellent service! As soon as I contacted them they responded quickly. The serviceman arrived right on time and was very pleasant and professional. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my treadmill and showed me how to get it working. He seemed to know exactly what was going on and is going to get me a price for a more permanent fix but meanwhile I can use it thanks to him. I figured I'd have to do a major repair before I could use it again but luckily he took care of me. All in all I'm very impressed and would highly recommend them. Thanks!!
