We did the Heart Stone/Crystal Activation. Oh my goodness I didn't expect the activation to be so immediately life changing. Since our Budding Psychic session, I have been feeling amazing!
1) Sleep - For the first time in years (I can't remember the last time I felt this way) I am sleeping through the night and waking up rested and recharged. I feel like a new person - a shiny happy me :)
2) Flow - externally things are coming together easily and internally - the flow between my mind, body, and heart is so beautiful that I find myself taking a moment to reflect on what just occurred.
3) Language - lately this had felt like the missing piece. I knew and felt like I was so close but couldn't define what IT was. My mind hadn't been able to put the words together correctly. The words were there yet jumbled and nonsensical. Now though, the words and terminology are specific and purposeful and mine.
4) Meditation - my daily meds have been magical. The day after our session I did some deep cavern exploring (wow!) and the downloads and clarity have continued to be life defining - in such an affirming way. It feels like the blocks and fog/veils have lifted (are lifting) and now my purpose is quite clear. And it's so obvious that it made laugh!

I had an energy healing session. A MUCH NEEDED one at that. It was my first of this kind, I have had one reiki session previously with another healer years ago.
I found the session to be very insightful, profoundly helpful and vital to my success in relationships and ability to move forward spiritually in every way.
I think of my session almost like emergency surgery on my psyche/spirit. I was struggling severely in my relationships and unable to heal or seek the answers on my own due to the state I was in. I've just completed level 1 of Sara's awakening mentorship. What she opened me up to is indescribable. I thought she would be 'just believe more', 'just trust more' - similar to the Christian stance with having faith. Well, no that's not what she gives in her sessions. Since mentoring with Sara, I have met my spirit team leader and having synchronicities since, connected with another member of my team, that would be referred to as an alien and been supported by them since. I know both of their names and how to connect with them. I have a deeper connection with Mother Earth and Father Sky. I am more in tune with my body and what it is sharing with me. For me (a beginner), walking down the spiritual path can be very overwhelming, so she always makes sure to coach me and explain things to me in a fun way (that makes it a lot less overwhelming). Her optimistic outlook is really encouraging, and that's what I love about her!!! I feel invigorated and have a fresh outlook on spirituality now. Because of her, I can further develop my spiritual gifts, improve my relationships with my spirit guides and continue my spiritual journey with so much more enlightenment. This is so exciting that I always look forward to my 1-on-1 sessions with her! Plus, her positive energy and enthusiasm are contagious! I can’t thank her enough, she has such a beautiful soul!!

We did the Heart Stone/Crystal Activation. Oh my goodness I didn't expect the activation to be so immediately life changing. For months, I had been waking up immersed in a feeling of existential dread, fear, and just overall despair.
