I am a programmer and I spend a lot of time sitting and the truth is that I don't have a very healthy diet, it has always taken me a lot of effort to discipline myself when I exercise or when I try to have a balanced diet, reading the book has motivated me to return to a healthier routine Since I only have one kidney, when I feel that demotivation can cause me to abandon the routine, I have the option of scheduling a live session with my trainer Carlos to get out of burnout quickly, and continue with my routine in an optimal way.
