I love the easy integration with slack. I use this at work to communicate with my coworkers.  I'm able to reach my team members quickly and easily especially when a client is in need and I have to contact someone else for the answers.

What do you like best about the product? It allows me to create multiple groups, chats and teams. There is no lag at all and it works smoothly. Staying in contact with team members is imperative in WFH world. Staying connected is very easy with it. What do you dislike about the product? Nothing yet. I like it very much. First time I needed time to a hang of it. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? WFH has isolated the teams a lot, it has created an office-like environment by keeping the employees connected via chat and calls.

We've had this app for a little over a year. I use it everyday, multiple times a day. The app is reliable - we are now expanding our usage of it. We've gotten great feedback since installing it. Whenever I need assistance Social Intents agents are available on their own Live Chat and ready to help. Great application!

The technology is so easy to learn, that within a week, we had more than 110 staff trained and answering hundreds of student's questions every day. 


Social Intents integrates with Microsoft Teams, which is a product we were already using. The SaaS products we looked at were all priced on a per-operator or per-conversation basis. Given the scale of our Student Services project, that would have been cost-prohibitive.

Rapid deployment and also the way it feeds into Microsoft Teams was great for use as our staff use this software daily. It uses Microsoft Teams which we already used so staff were able to hit the ground running.
