We recently used Socialpoint's digital passport game at a tradeshow in Denver, Colorado. It was a huge hit!! Not only for our booth, but also for our vendor partners. We saw a huge increase in traffic year over year and we have Socialpoint to thank! Once you are taught how to use the admin to create your game, it is super easy to set up, modify and change your game if needed. We are already planning on how we can use it for our smaller events and for the trade show next year. We are going to go even BIGGER next year!

We used SocialPoint recently at our Sika National Sales Meeting, to increase engagement at our internal tradeshow and to provide attendees a fun, competitive game that promotes cooperation and team spirit. SocialPoint delivered on all those pieces and our official mobile game, 'Sika GO!' was a smash hit! We got things going even before the meeting took place by sending out a couple pre-event company history quizzes, then a full set of booth-specific quizzes and QR check-ins at the show. The most fun? We hid 30 everyday items throughout the conference areas we occupied, all with bonus QR codes and points attached to them. All was very fun, very competitive, and very easy to manage. Shoutouts to Victor and crew for guiding us early on as we ramped up our Audience Participation Game, and along the way whenever we had a question. A response always came quickly and several virtual meetings were extremely helpful. We'll definitely consider using SocialPoint again, as the best thing about it is its QUICKNESS and ease of use, especially in the moment - changing a quiz question, modifying points, etc. all were fast-fast-fast. This is our fourth use of Socialpoint as a way to digitally track our event interaction. We have a pretty tough audience to impress as our event looks to build skills and prepare 15-30 year olds for employment. We've created 10 different physical Challenges and a few survey based ones and through the gamification and Prize Rewards, we ensure we get tons of feedback and interaction. This last event we used the Virtual Prize Wheel and awarded over 70% of the attendees with something before they left for the day. A definite must if you are looking to up that part of the experience. Now that I've programmed so many times it only takes me an hour or less to update for each of the new events. The backend is user-friendly and if I did have an issue, our assigned tech helped me through it. I'd use it again tomorrow if the need arrises.

We used SocialPoint to engage conference attendees in our mobile app and drive booth traffic to exhibitors at our tradeshow. This was our first year using SocialPoint and while we had some self-inflicted wounds and several lessons learned, we were very impressed. The tools and challenges available were head and shoulders above anything we have used in the past. My only concern going in was whether we would be able to pull it off. The content variety and selection are great, but navigating the setup and implementation was daunting, especially for a first-timer. Jeannie, our SocialPoint Customer Success Manager, was fabulous, outstanding in every way and I sincerely appreciate the way she shepherded us through the process with our game, from start to finish! She was extremely responsive, always professional, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I’m hoping to be able to use SocialPoint for future events, and if we do, we’d really like to work with Jeannie again. These days, when customer service is often poor or non-existent, Jeannie provided us with a great reminder that excellence is still possible. Well done!

We used SocialPoint to create excitement at our annual user conference. This was our first live conference since 2019 and it was important to us to create excitement and meaningful engagement. We used the game to align with our CTAs, like getting people to read the Know Before You Go, download the event App, visit key areas at key times. The program management and support was great.
