The Socialpoint Trivia game in the booth worked seamlessly for our booth attendees. It was a big hit and significantly helped with our booth engagement activities. We set up a small tablet with the leader board posted and everyone used their phones to play using the QR Code provided. The ability to add our own industry specific questions was a big plus. As a result of this addition to our booth in 2023, we won “Best of Show” at the conference and the “Unique Traffic Builder” (the Socialpoint Trivia Game) was critical to us meeting all the criteria of the award. We recently used Socialpoint's digital passport game at a tradeshow in Denver, Colorado. It was a huge hit!! Not only for our booth, but also for our vendor partners. We saw a huge increase in traffic year over year and we have Socialpoint to thank! Once you are taught how to use the admin to create your game, it is super easy to set up, modify and change your game if needed. We are already planning on how we can use it for our smaller events and for the trade show next year. We are going to go even BIGGER next year!

We used SocialPoint at our annual sales meeting with 200 extremely competitive salespeople, and integrated it into our event app. We knew it was a hit when we had challenges and quizzes done immediately as they were launched each day and our team asking how to get more points on the leaderboard. The training was awesome, very easy and I was comfortable taking over the dashboard to control the games once our event had started. Would highly recommend and we will be using this within our event apps moving forward.

Using SocialPoint elevated our event to the next level. We have been hosting a customer event for our top customers for years and created our own printed "game cards" and we struggled with the print deadline and not being flexible to any last-minute changes. SocialPoint solved for all of that because admins were able to make edits on the fly in real time and it was pretty user-friendly to manage the admin portal. Getting us started, we had a wonderful account manager, Jeannie Power, who answered all of our questions and helped get us started. We even spoke about a concern we had after our first event and Jeannie helped coordinate a plan to correct it before our second event. Overall, we used SocialPoint for three events between February-March 2024 and our attachment rate of customers attending the event to participating in the game was 80-90%. We also used SocialPoint to get real customer feedback on the spot. We used polls such as what customers liked most about our business and what they liked most about the event. This is an incredible platform and my biggest regret was not knowing it existed sooner. Thank you again to the SocialPoint team!

We were looking for a way to get better engagement from our annual conference attendees and I think we definitely found it. First we decided to try this with very short notice to Social Point(3 weeks I believe) but our point person Jeannie was AMAZING! Every crazy idea I threw at her she came up with a way to make it happen. We were able to get our people mingling right from the moment they arrived by having photo challenges that required talking to and meeting new people, we did trivia daily, we included some sort of interactive component in each session for the entire event which allowed us to measure their comprehension of the material being presented and get their feedback. This is what a couple of our attendees said "I absolutely loved the interactive sessions", "Very fun and engaging!" I have had several people ask what the platform was so they can share it with others they think could benefit and all our attendees want us to use it every year going forward. I 100% recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be using it again in the future.
