I like that it keeps my contacts organized and easily shows where they are in process and what to do next. Being consistent with campaign calls, e-mails, messages, etc. is near impossible with a huge database like ours. Sourcewhale makes it as easy as checking off a To Do list!

We’ve been using Source Whale for a little over 2 months now. Since using Conversations, I’ve increased my connections by almost 100%. Being able to connect with more people, has built my pipeline up tremendously. With Conversations, and the integration with Bull Horn, I spend less time entering in my notes and move on to the next client. Conversations have also helped with the recording of calls, sometimes I miss things and can go back and listen to the information I need. I love that SourceWhale streamlines all of my efforts into one place. I am able to more easily track various avenues of success (which outreach style gets the best responses, is there a day/time of week that is most fruitful, how many responses am I getting compared to outbound messages, etc.) which in turn helps me to better pivot my future business development efforts to become more successful.

I really enjoy creating campaigns based on the type of customer/prospect. I have a blank campaign for a Project Manager, blank one for Vice President, blank one for CEO, etc. 

For each company I target, I actually specifically curate what message makes the most sense for them, and then use the job function "blank" campaign to make it even more personalized.

We are a small firm so the ability to easily build contact outreach campaigns that automate some of our outreach is awesome. 

It easily integrates with our ATS, Crelate so that is a plus. It's allowed us to cover more ground. 

The best thing that I love about it for myself and my recruiters is that your call plan is mostly built when you walk in the door and sit down. It has a function that tells you what steps in the sequence are due whether that is a phone call, a text, an email or LinkedIn message. 

 It's also very user friendly. We tried other sequencing software and some of them were too many steps and not as user friendly. You can literally sit down and start using Sourcewhale.

The best thing about SourceWhale is the integration with LinkedIn. The simplicity of clicking "go" and it taking me directly to the candidate's LinkedIn profile, having the message read to copy and just connect has saved me a lot of time back into my day to dedicate to other tasks.

Content Coach has been incredibly helpful. Traditionally, I've had quite extensive emails with a lot of detail, but after reviewing them with the 'Content Coach,' I've understood WHY to trim them down and HOW best to do it. My campaigns have halved in size and the response rate has gone up by 5% leading to at least one extra job pulled per month.

Bulk change for contacts in progress on an existing campaign is very easy and quick. The Customer Support bot is spot on and quick, the team is also very quick to respond to in case of questions.
