WhaleGPT helps me quickly enhance my outreach. The many Campaign settings are awesome. I'm working in different time zones and countries simultaneously, so I can set the sending days according to local time zones and holidays. There are many Custom Variable options, so easy and quick to customize the outreach. I love the A/B Testing on the campaigns; it's very easy to use and create. Bulk change for contacts in progress on an existing campaign is very easy and quick. The Customer Support bot is spot on and quick, the team is also very quick to respond to in case of questions.

The visual process is important for me. If I can't 'see' my campaigns in an easy to read list with actions and next steps clear, I really struggle and this is where tools like Bullhorn let me down.

The integration with Thrive TRM has saved valuable time each day sourcing both candidates into pipelines and companies into our database, also allowing you to tag skills to candidates all on the easy-to-use Chrome extension.

We are a small firm so the ability to easily build contact outreach campaigns that automate some of our outreach is awesome. 

It easily integrates with our ATS, Crelate so that is a plus. It's allowed us to cover more ground. 

The best thing that I love about it for myself and my recruiters is that your call plan is mostly built when you walk in the door and sit down. It has a function that tells you what steps in the sequence are due whether that is a phone call, a text, an email or LinkedIn message. 

 It's also very user friendly. We tried other sequencing software and some of them were too many steps and not as user friendly. You can literally sit down and start using Sourcewhale.

I really enjoy creating campaigns based on the type of customer/prospect. I have a blank campaign for a Project Manager, blank one for Vice President, blank one for CEO, etc.

They reached out to me initially several years ago and while I was impressed with some of the features of the tool, it didn't integrate with our recruiting tech stack. I’ve told others that I consider SourceWhale my "first hire" for my independent recruiting business. While there’s some upfront effort to customize it to my needs, the setup process is straightforward, and once it's running, it far exceeds my expectations.

We’ve been using SourceWhale for a little over 2 months now. Since using Conversations, I’ve increased my connections by almost 100%. Being able to connect with more people, has built my pipeline up tremendously. With Conversations, and the integration with Bull Horn, I spend less time entering in my notes and move on to the next client. Conversations have also helped with the recording of calls, sometimes I miss things and can go back and listen to the information I need. This feature also helps with listening to other people in the company and see how they navigate through calls. I’ve closed more business in the past 2 months then I have in the last 6 months of 2024. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
