I was hesitant coming into the workshop, but I got a ton out of it.  One big thing is it provided a framework for how to proactively respond to questions from customers instead of feeling criticized by them.

I found Cooper online in search of someone who could help me improve my delivery when presenting. My position requires presenting to clients almost daily, and even with consistent practice, I knew I needed some sort of guidance. Cooper really helped me understand the importance of prep, even if just a little, plus many other techniques that you will have to connect with him to see. I highly advise having 3 or 4 sessions, even just to practice with someone who has no skin in the game.

Working with Cooper was one of the best experiences I've had working with a coach. He was professional at all times and provided excellent advice and feedback. He was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend him if you want to improve your public speaking skills. 

My favorite part about working with Cooper was how comfortable he made me feel throughout our lessons. I have the worst performance anxiety and Cooper was able to mitigate that with his encouragement and kind, constructive feedback. He also provided resources that were helpful to follow and gave more context to his lessons. I would recommend Cooper to anyone who is afraid of public speaking. Cooper was a helpful coach as I developed and rehearsed a presentation for work. I've always been an okay public speaker, but Cooper helped me to step up by game. He told what I was doing right from the beginning, so I could stop worrying and focus my attention on the right things. Cooper guided me throughout the process, reviewed my presentations and gave me feedback realtime. He also sent me recorded feedback of my presentations which is valuable. Like many others, public speaking just wasn't my strong suite. I took a new role at work and speaking/leading meetings was required. I did some research and landed here. This course helped boost my confidence. Confidence plus preparation were the 2 elements that I was lacking to comfortably present. What was particularly helpful is the way Cooper breaks down the importance of knowing how to present the same data to 2 different types of audiences really made me rethink all presentations I had done up until this point. 

If you're on the fence, I would say "DO IT!" Don't be like me and procrastinate about "I'm going to do something to help my public speaking next time" and waste 5 years fumbling around in front of your colleagues.
