Definitely sign up, I learn so much, and as a side effect lost so much too! The 80/20 program really helped me invest in myself and realise I am worthy of investing in to. After a long history of yo-yo dieting I was feeling very low about myself and my nutrition. I knew I wasn’t fuelling properly and my diet was pants. Through the 80/20 program I have been able to learn how to have a more balanced approach to nutrition, how to fuel my training and ultimately that there is balance in life and nutrition- you can have carbs and snacks and still drop body fat.

I want to still have things I love like wine from time to time.......Sally and her program lets you how to have the best of both! I tried other "systems" before that always spoke about some deprivation. Sal never talks about depriving yourself of anything! She just suggests smart changes! The right way to do whatever you're needing from weight loss,form building, toning it just getting healthier! Highly recommend and money well spent! Love her and her insta and her book!
