My 9 year old son plays competetive soccer, he has great skills but lacks speed/ acceleration. With this program I feel confident he will improve his speed and be the fastest in his team.
Needed work on my start and got a lot of helpful tips and am definitely going to be incorporating these to my warm ups. I wanted to fix my vertical sprinting and starts and I do track and field in college so i wanted to clean things up before outdoor season. some of these drills already making me look at some of my sprinting videos and laugh seeing how much i can improve.
