Superior Restoration has earned a rating of 5 stars. It did a great job of restoring my home after it suffered major water damage. My kitchen, master bathroom, master closet and downstairs' closet were completely destroyed. The flooring in my master bedroom, hallway and stairs was also destroyed. The popcorn ceiling in my family room also had to be removed and re-did. Superior Restoration has a winning team. The first person on the team that helped us was Jason. He came out and started the mitigation process and helped me start my claim with the insurance company. The next part of the process was Remediation. This team was led by Victor. His team dried out my home ad demolished and removed damaged parts of the home. The last part of the team was the Restoration Team. This team really hit a home-run. The first person I met on this team was Brian. He came out and surveyed the damage and wrote out an estimate on how much it would cost to restore my home. He was very good at communicating and working with the insurance company. The next person I met on the team was Victor. He led the design and construction team. He was Awesome! He was very responsive to my needs and easy to communicate with. He designed my kitchen that I absolutely Love! I have attached a picture so you can see what a nice job he and his crew did. He also gave good advice and was good at explaining his plans and work. Thank you Superior Restoration for providing me with such Great service!

The inspector arrived and called the technician, and even though the access area was only a 4”x12” slot, they drained it and set up drying machines. He was so professional and courteous, explaining every aspect of what he was going to be doing. He left the area he worked on exceptionally neat and clean. I had a flood on my birthday .. of course on a Friday in the evening .. superior restoration answered the phone and sent someone out that evening . They were pleasant from day one . The remediation was done right away and I was able to have my insurance adjuster walk through . I received the estimate and continued with Superior restoration for the repair . The team worked with me ( Dave the project manager) worked with me daily to ensure I got what I wanted and kept his crew on a great timeline . My house is all put back together and the work that was done is definitely high quality ! Love my new pantry and floors ! Nice new toilet too .

On New Years Eve, we unfortunately had a leak that flooded a section of our 1st floor and destroyed our hardwood floors. Superior Restoration was suggested to us by our plumber and they were excellent to work with. Dave Strand was our Project Manager, and he was very helpful working with us to get us what we needed to get the house back in order. Dave was also very patient as we were working through whether or not we returned to hard wood floors or switch to tile flooring. Ultimately we decided to go back to hardwood flooring and once that decision was made the work was completed very quickly. The best part was how they were able to work around my schedule as I traveled for work and went on a yearly trip that had been planned long before the incident. They also handled all of the communication with the insurance company on our behalf making the experience as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend Superior Restoration!
