We have an Oriental rug (8’x10’) which needed cleaning. In fact, it had not been cleaned in the 25 years since we had it and furthermore we had neglected to rotate it. This added to our problem since there was fading in some areas and the traffic area was dirtier and the non-traffic part had more dust. We brought it to Terry’s, not sure that they would be able to clean and restore it. To our great surprise and pleasure when I picked it up 2 weeks later it was very clean. When I got home and unrolled it, my wife could not believe her eyes. Not only was it clean but the colors were as vivid as when we purchased it. Not only was the fading greatly reduced, the colors were so bright that we had trouble determining which part had any fading. We could not have been more pleased with the work done. It was better than a 5-star rating and the service was exceptional. The rug was ready when promised, even on a rush job, and the price was in the middle of the price range that they had estimated. Friendly, helpful service and the boss doesn't mind doing the heavy lifting. There is a great selection of rugs and I think the quality of the rugs I bought were very good, and the price quite reasonable.

My wool carpet was impossibly stained by both pets and people and I thought it would have to be replaced. I took it to Terry’s Rugs and they performed a miracle. It looks completely brand new except for one tiny spot that couldn’t be completely removed but is now barely noticeable. I was given instructions on the correct way to clean it myself in the future.as I had tried to clean it twice before with no success. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result I got and with the helpful advice I was given for future cleaning attempts. My carpet will be returning to Terry’s for future cleaning when needed.

We bought our FIFTH rug at Terry’s Rugs last week. We are very pleased with the exceptional, personal service we received. The quality of the rugs is another thing appreciated since we have the first rug we purchased in 2005. The original rug we purchased is in good condition. We would strongly recommend Terry’s Rugs.

We acquired our new family room rug from Terry's today and we couldn't be happier. The service was exceptional to say the least. They let us bring four rugs home in order to ensure that we chose the best one which was great since 2 of the rugs we chose in the store really didn't go well in our living room. We honestly thought they would so having this option is something that only shopping local will give. Seeing them all in our living room before purchasing the final one was a really nice touch. All of the staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Whenever we need to buy another rug, we won't waste our time shopping anywhere else. It's also great to support local! wow Terry's carpets just returned our 50 year old 15 foot long Turkish runner carpet. They repaired and cleaned it with care all at a reasonable price and under the quoted amount. I highly recommend this family run business. Friendly and knowledgeable. I also learned that carpets are made to be swept and walked on.
