I have been using Co-work for about three months and have used some of Jeff's templates to get started. Also, I've been improvising over the last few months, and so far it is doing pretty good for me, but this course is something else. It gives me a much better understanding of the theory and the logic behind a lot of the things. In fact, I went back to my own Claude.md file, and there are some of the things that I didn't know why the replies came out a certain way that I did not like, but now, after taking the course and going back into this file, it makes much more sense. I'm able to make a much better edit on the file and get better results, so thank you. Very awesome so far.

Awesome course Jeff! I learned so much. Well thought out and complete. I just got my daughter to purchase the course as she starts her Claude journey. I'm excited to see how we both progress our Command Centers! Can't wait for the 'bonus' course on mounting the Google Drive ;)

Just finished the course and I am excited to challenge my new AI Command Center. Jeff's Cowork Academy really does provide everything you need for a self-improving system right out of the box. That's the key, its a full up system with all the mechanisms to keep it tight and running smoothly into the future. I had already spent a number of months building my previous Cowork setup and was pretty damn happy with the results, but it felt like things were getting sloppy. Now I'm much more confident that I will continue to harness the goodness of Cowork, that my command center will get smarter every day, and that I have the tools to properly maintain it and avoid the pitfalls I was seeing without Jeff's help.

It was really nice to have the support and a practical example on how to setup Claude Cowork in the correct way. Really helpful!!

If you've been an avid follower of Jeff since his Google Workspace tutorials and TF's PARA methodology, like me, you will find this toolkit extremely coherent and useful. I was lost in a sea of Claude Chat and Cowork sessions before this. Thanks to this toolkit, I now have a way to beautifully structure my Claude Cowork setup to take care of my OCD-like needs with the project and resources hierarchy. To top it all off, I've been able to create new projects and skills in a week's time. Thanks Jeff. Can't wait for the academy to start!

Jeff is great... I have learned so much from him. I followed his Cowork set up and did as he said. I have created multiple Workstations and it gets better as I use it (Just like he said) Thank you Jeff!

Jeff's approach to structuring Cowork with dedicated workspaces and routing maps was the missing piece for me. I could apply it directly to my own setup from day one. The "Cowork Toolkit" email course delivered exactly what it promised: seven focused lessons that go well beyond the basics. Each one added something concrete I could put into practice right away. Highly recommended. Without reservation.

I'm a Gemini guy. At work, I'm a perplexity guy. So there was no reason to try Claude Cowork, but as Jeff Su's follower on YT, I saw the video and got interested, tried using and now Cowork is my main AI tool. As Antigravity user, I still use Antigravity for vibe coding, but Cowork is for all other activities. My final take is: You have to try this tool. It is nothing like any other in the market right now and probably will cover most of your needs.

Didn't expect to get so much out of a free email list. By the end of the week I had a real system with focused "workstations" for email, Slack, finances, travel, business comms. Each one knows my voice, my context, the people I work with, and how I like to work. I was building workstations and projects on my own after just a couple of examples. Once you see the pattern, it clicks. The session audit skill is genuinely satisfying. You don't just finish your work, you leave the system a little better each time. It compounds fast. Jeff's "little bit every day" approach made that possible. This setup gets better the more you use it, and I can't wait for the full course.

Everything about the Cowork Toolkit has been great. The part that has had the biggest impact on my daily workflow is the clarity of the setup process. It helped me organize my work, reduce friction, and move through tasks with much more focus and structure. If someone is on the fence about following this Cowork setup process, I would tell them to go for it. It is practical, easy to apply, and genuinely improves the way you manage your daily work. It is one of those systems that makes you feel more organized from the very beginning.

The Cowork Toolkit in a form of a daily newsletter was an insightful guidance on how to build my own COwork environement from scratch. Easy to follow step-by-step isntructions, not hard to udnerstnd but impactful enough to work. It was liek a Lego Technic isntruction in a simple steps to build a workign machine. If someone is just starting with Cowork i would surely recommend this resource as a great startign points. Of course later you need to experiment and do your part, which is logical next step. What i would recommend to add is to how to ensure that toekns usage is kept low, i.e. shoudl we start each new conversation in a new chat or continue in the same while settign up the system, as it was nto clearly articulated but would be very helpful. Overall i am satisfied with the time i invested into buildign my Cowork system and look forward for the more adavnced level of Toolkit as well as full course on it. And surely need to do more expereimentation. I would happy also to have soem manual book with all the best practices assesmbled, not just teh promts but evergreen priciniples to do it effeceintly and be able to build on top of what is already created.
