This course was extremely useful in helping me create a system that works to help keep me organized and on top of my tasks. I love the structure and the review built in. The course was fantastic. For me, decentering email and turning my inbox into a task center has been extraordinarily helpful. Additionally, merging Google Tasks with Keep and Gmail has helped me to stay organized. Hey Jeff, I promised myself to thank you when I get a Job, I have watched ALL your videos on resumes, cover letters, Interviews, chat gpt, linkedin etc.. Did everything like you said, it look some 7 months at least, but I finally got a job as a remote executive assistant. Thank you so much!

The biggest benefit is the rapid creation of a functional prototype of the system, which I have been looking for for more than 15 years. In the past, I tried to apply GTD principles in the Microsoft Office 365 environment and later in Google Workspace Enterprise, but the range of tools was very insufficient for effectively reducing cognitive load. I had to remember the system in every single program or tool in the Microsoft or Google environment and their mutual relationships, and in addition, I had to use external applications such as Toggl or Trello. Insufficient management of the system of reminders and views on currently necessary tasks and information that I need to know at a given time created extreme stress for me from the fact that I might miss something important. I also resigned myself to trying to design such a system by programming my own application, even though I had a complete functional specification draft and precise case studies for which it was intended. My IT development capabilities and the excessive costs of development through external IT developers discouraged me from this step. I was very disappointed that Google has not developed a service similar to Notion in over 10 years that would integrate all of its Google Workspace tools. Instead, they have added a lot of useless tools that I don't think anyone uses. Notion is an extremely practical tool for quickly prototyping backend and frontend management focused on quick setup and immediate use for execution. This is a really fantastic discovery! I want to continue with the paid version of the Notion Toolkit and set up my management cockpit exactly according to my needs based on the great foundation of the Life OS Command center! I already know that I have found the right platform and the next part is when I have to learn how to use it so that it fulfills its purpose and so that I can fully devote myself to my diverse activities from creative, through development to privacy and managing my healthy lifestyle and nowadays also digital detox. Thank you very much Jeff for your videos and tutorials and I am already looking forward to my progress using your other toolkits for Google Workspace and AI! Great job!

Great toolkit to learn Notion features

Unlike many instructors who just lecture, Jeff truly provides hands-on guidance. I've rewatched it so many times and always learn something new. It's fantastic. I'm now building a Command Center that fits my own habits, and it's been a huge help for my daily life and work. A huge thanks to Jeff! By the way, I'm also very interested in the Workspace Academy course. Are there any plans to launch it on PPA in the future? I'm mainly asking because I'd love to have Chinese subtitles (haha).

Google Workspace tools have always been a part of our routine, and many people believe they know how to use them. While it's true that these tools are user-friendly, what we often overlook is the methodology for utilizing them effectively. This course fills that gap, teaching us how to harness their full potential.

It empowers me to handle life more efficiently. Ok, I know that may sound dramatic, but as a creative professional with ADHD and kids, getting through the day can sometimes be overwhelming. This system (congrats by the way, this this is AMAZING) allows me to jot down ideas, notes, tasks in one place but more importantly, organizes it in a place I can easily find. This alone has made a huge impact on my life. I am able to take on more at work, be more present at home, and be a better dad to my kids. I'm now able to track doctor's appointments, school events, meetings, projects, dates with my girlfriend and more all in one place. I tell everyone I get a chance to talk to about it and share how much stress it has taken off my plate. And I usually leave them with the same advice: Go to Jeff's website and build all the free Notion templates he offers. Once you see how great that is, you'll want the full Command Center - and it is easy to integrate what you already built.

I have taken Tiago's course and the organization here is slightly different by the area folder and then the project and resources within the area folder. I LOVE this approach, especially for work. What aspect of the Command Center created the most significant impact on your daily productivity? As a single active father of 4, keeping up with life responsibilities can be a struggle at times. The command center provided me with a framework to use and implement in my life control center. What would you say to someone who feels hesitant about creating their own Command Center? I would use the quote "You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems."

Having everything in one place and be able to connect everything to be where you need it, when you need it is a game changer. How your Tasks, Projects, and Areas integrate together is beautiful. It makes managing a lot of moving parts a whole lot easier. It's a small investment for your sanity.

First of all - your course change my life. It is exactly what I needed and yes there are one or two things (probably the resource part) I have to figure it out by time but It's the perfect solution. Question for you: I couldn't be happier if there is a way to use the command center team version. Not probably for big companies, just for 3-5 People.

The biggest impact so far is building the habit of using it, and becoming more centralized and organized. I have tried a lot of various productivity software and ideas. This is by far the farthest I have gone down the path. Specifically, the make time step has made me take a breath and think about my day. I manage multiple businesses, and getting everything (almost everything) in one place has been helpful.

Love all the tips and suggestions you have shared throughout the Toolkit, especially on: 1. The daily short and practical lessons, which you broke into small pieces that people felt achievable, and could see that it has been done. 2. Love the "Relationship" concept of how things can be put into different databases, but all interconnected with ease as well. I will definitely recommend Notion Toolkit to others, but only to certain types of people in my connections. The reason is fairly simple - Only those who felt the pains could see the benefits this toolkit is going to address, and the needs to take actions ^_^.

That was a great use of time and resources. Just one day later, I’ve already started using several tips in my daily workflow like Command + T to open a new tab, typing “drive” + Tab in the Chrome address bar to search Google Drive directly, organizing my Drive files, and much more.

How I Finally Got My Life Together (Thanks to Notion + This One Course) Recently, I took the course Build Your Command Center in Notion by Jeff Su — and honestly, it completely reshaped how I organize my time, energy, and focus. If you're feeling scattered or overwhelmed (especially as a new grad or someone juggling a lot), this might be what you're looking for too.

If you live in the Google Workspace environment, it is always worthwhile to make sure that you are processing information and tasks in the most efficient way. Jeff does a great job letting you watch over his shoulder as he unpacks his process for working within the Google Workspace system.

I truly appreciate the command center. I am struggling with how to integrate new pages automatically to the master todo list. I am enjoying the concept of a notes landing zone. Most relevant for me is the relational links on projects to bring areas and resources together. I am struggling with the hidden areas and resources. The search works but I still have to know contextually what I need to find it. Or at least remember I had it especially when I archive. It would be great just to have a date order led list of all resources and area pages with the title to quickly screen. Maybe this is the use for the AI I keep putting off upgrading But if you take nothing from this feedback. Take this. Thank you for sharing your expertise and imagination with me. I was stuck before seeing your approach and explain how to use Notion And the second brain. I am getting older. Starting to slow down. And this has provided me hope. One last ask. Is there a way to easily integrate screen reading. I am losing my vision. Speechify does okay but it is still clunky and does not work great with the desktop version to help activate all the features.

This course is excellent. I watched the lectures and set up the system using Jeff's pre-built template over the weekend. What I love most is that I was able to retain about 90% of my original system and implement it into this new framework. The most challenging aspect was migrating notes from my original database to the new one. I also made some simple customizations to the system. I duplicated the prompt page, created a writing sample page, and added a dedicated Capture page that links to the prompt page, writing page, and idea page. I appreciate how straightforward and flexible the system is—no complex formulas. The pre-built template alone is worth $200, and I'm already seeing how it helps me get a clearer picture of my tasks and priorities.

I've had a Notion account for the last two years but have never used it. I found it to be too complex and didn't know how to start using it effectively. Instead I used Evernote and Todoist. Your toolkit, with it's simple and clear steps helped me start using Notion. I especially liked the setup of master databases for tasks and projects instead of creating individual databases for each project.

The LinkedIn summary tips were great! My previous summary was a long paragraph of text that essentially sounded like, "hire me, I need a job, I'll do anything." Your tips gave my summary visual weight, clarity, and the direct focus of how I have successfully led organizations. Excited and hopeful for how this and other tips will amplify my career shift.

I am a self-employed consultant working across multiple clients and organisations and I have always found the admin associated with this took up too much time - time I could be spending adding value to my clients business and even more value to my bank balance :) I've found the system you taught to be super intuitive and can see so many ways in which it can save time. The only deviation I am guilty of is I did rename all of the folders from 2025 so far using the new method - it was therapeutic I tell you! Thanks again.

I really love the Prompt Database. As I'm a die-hard fan of AI, I find it fascinating to keep track of useful prompts to streamline my workflow. The template you shared made that possible ! It reduces the hassles of forgetting where certain prompts are stored. This course was extremely useful in helping me create a system that works to help keep me organized and on top of my tasks. I love the structure and the review built in. The course was fantastic. I just need to keep practicing and tweaking the organization as I run into different situations. It's really helpful for me to see real world examples so I can see how people are using PARA and CORE. So more real world examples would be fantastic.

The lessons were incredibly easy to follow, and the examples provided truly brought everything together. This has significantly organized both my work and personal life!

I just wanted to drop a note to kind of say thank you! Having adopted your channels practices and also from what I learnt through this recruitment process in October I didn't really understand or realise the actual impact your channel would have on me. However since then I've actually taken on a lot of the productivity learnings from your channel and am now a fully fledge Notion advocate (lol, I keep sharing your videos and exploring the AI features of Notion with my friends) and now I've taken the plunge to actually resign from work to work on building my own agents but more in my area of expertise (Data Frameworks and Site Analytics).
