Your Notion class was incredible! I've been using Notion for a while and have tried many ways to make it work better for my life, including using templates from creators like Thomas Frank. But I often found them too complex and ended up not fully utilizing them.

Your class was a game changer. It was so thoughtfully structured and easy to follow - like having a “brain architect” guiding me to turn my daily life, work, and ideas into an organized system that finally makes sense to me. The biggest impact so far is building the habit of using it, and becoming more centralized and organized. I have tried a lot of various productivity software and ideas. This is by far the farthest I have gone down the path. Specifically, the make time step has made me take a breath and think about my day. I manage multiple businesses, and getting everything (almost everything) in one place has been helpful.

I’ve completed the first two modules of the Notion Command Center course, and I wanted to share how it's already making a real difference in my productivity. The first module gave me a clear understanding of how the Command Center can bring order to digital chaos. But it was in Module 2 — especially while setting up the Daily Focus System and the Action Engine — that I saw the biggest transformation. The structure helped me declutter my mind and focus on what really matters each day. The aspect that created the biggest impact on my daily productivity was the Daily Focus System. Having a dedicated space to prioritize my top goals and tasks has helped me stay intentional and avoid distractions. I now begin my day with clarity and end it with a sense of completion. To anyone who feels hesitant about creating their own Command Center, I’d say: Don’t overthink it — just start. Jeff’s step-by-step lessons make the process smooth and doable, even if you’re new to Notion. You don’t have to get it perfect the first time — you can build and refine it as you go. For me, decentering email and turning my inbox into a task center has been extraordinarily helpful. Additionally, merging Google Tasks with Keep and Gmail has helped me to stay organized. It is a big investment, but I think my lowered stress and better organization have positively impacted my work life.
