Jeff's approach to structuring Cowork with dedicated workspaces and routing maps was the missing piece for me. I could apply it directly to my own setup from day one. The "Cowork Toolkit" email course delivered exactly what it promised: seven focused lessons that go well beyond the basics. Each one added something concrete I could put into practice right away. Highly recommended. Without reservation.

Really helpful kit and sequence to get set up with Cowork, though I wasn't willing to put all my financial data into an AI tool on Day 4! The principles worked though and I have have built out other workstations. I'm continuing to explore and build on what you provided. Thanks Jeff!

The per-workstation memory + combined with the voice principles file allows Cowork to begin every conversation with a clear understanding of who I am, who my client is, and my unique writing style. This means I no longer have to reintroduce myself in every session and the time saved really adds up over the long run. Investing a week in setup pays off week after week. For solo operators like myself who often carry all the context in their heads, this system is invaluable. It helps transfer that knowledge out of my mind and into a platform that remembers it for me. Just follow the daily prompts in order and you’ll see the difference.

I've managed to easily build a workflow that continues to learn, is specifically tailored to individual tasks; this in turn avoids context bloat and keeps my Cowork usage down. I've been using Jeff's system for just over a week and it's already embedded into my daily activities. No need to constantly update project reference files within chat, wondering which version is in which project...this system just steamrolls into architecture that remembers context across conversations, self-audits and updates it's memory files to stay current, whatever I'm working on. If you're doubtful, you've nothing to lose - try it and I'd doubt you'll go back :) Keep up the great content Jeff!

The Cowork Toolkit for me worked out to be a perfect intro to Claude Cowork: Jeff explained the basics, gave a comprehensive view of the chat/workspace/project differences, and helped with setting up all the necessary files like CLAUDE.md and MEMORY.md. Now I can store all the context without explaining it to Claude every time from scratch — awesome time- and nerve-saver :) Thank you, Jeff!

I came in sceptical that a 7-day email course could do much. What I actually built was a working AI system that knows how I write, triages my inbox twice a day, and has specialist "workstations" for everything from investment analysis to legal review. The Cowork Toolkit is the only AI course I've taken where I finished with something I actually use every day.

Great Cowork Toolkit! Jeff does a great job at teaching how to set up workstations and projects in Cowork so that you can manage your tokens. I like how the emails were spread across a week so that you can learn a little each day by following along. The Personal Finances Workstation let me see my finances in a whole new light. It categorizes everything much better than even my own bank's app, and corrections are much easier to make as well. Jeff's Cowork setup flow is so easy to follow and showcases exactly how powerful Claude Cowork is. I've used ChatGPT and Gemini before, but never got goosebumps the way I did watching Claude analyze my own writing and pull out not just my writing quirks, but insights into my core personality. I can't wait to build on top of the foundation that Jeff has provided to automate more of my life and do more personal research and writing that I never thought I had enough time to do. Now I do, thanks to Claude and Jeff's tutorials.

I'm a Gemini guy. At work, I'm a perplexity guy. So there was no reason to try Claude Cowork, but as Jeff Su's follower on YT, I saw the video and got interested, tried using and now Cowork is my main AI tool. As Antigravity user, I still use Antigravity for vibe coding, but Cowork is for all other activities. My final take is: You have to try this tool. It is nothing like any other in the market right now and probably will cover most of your needs.

The biggest impact has been the inbox-to-bookkeeping pipeline. Raw scans land in one folder, get triaged once with a naming convention and status marker, then ride a single rail: tracker entry, payment-run XML per company, banking-app import, a trigger phrase flips them to paid, and the same trigger bundles them into a weekly handoff package for the bookkeeper. The same receipt stopped getting touched seven times. Day-to-day: I run weekly payment runs across eight entities by typing one phrase. Edge cases hold cleanly too — when an account needs topping up first, the XML waits, the tracker stays in "in export", and a doubled reminder (scheduled task + calendar) sits there until I act. For someone on the fence: the value isn't the folder structure, it's that short trigger phrases fan out into deterministic steps you'd otherwise do by hand. Two things make the setup worth it specifically — workflow rules live in one file and Cowork keeps every running scheduled task in sync with them, and the routing table means new files know their own home, so you stop naming folders. My recommendation: commit to the inbox + tracker loop first and ignore the rest. Once that one loop saves you an hour a week, everything else clicks into place on its own.

Didn't expect to get so much out of a free email list. By the end of the week I had a real system with focused "workstations" for email, Slack, finances, travel, business comms. Each one knows my voice, my context, the people I work with, and how I like to work. I was building workstations and projects on my own after just a couple of examples. Once you see the pattern, it clicks. The session audit skill is genuinely satisfying. You don't just finish your work, you leave the system a little better each time. It compounds fast. Jeff's "little bit every day" approach made that possible. This setup gets better the more you use it, and I can't wait for the full course.

The MEMORY.md system is the thing that actually changed how I work. I used to start every session by re-explaining context, background, decisions made last month. Now Claude just knows. First time I started a session and it already had the relevant project context loaded, I was like... okay, this is different. For anyone on the fence: the setup process is probably 2 hours of work upfront, and it's totally worth it. The CLAUDE.md files feel fussy at first, "why am I writing instructions for an AI." But that friction is the point. You're forced to get specific about how you actually want to work, which most people have never done. N of 1, but I found that clarity useful even outside of Cowork. It changed how I scope tasks for myself. Jeff's process is opinionated. That's what makes it work. Don't skip the voice principles step.

Everything about the Cowork Toolkit has been great. The part that has had the biggest impact on my daily workflow is the clarity of the setup process. It helped me organize my work, reduce friction, and move through tasks with much more focus and structure. If someone is on the fence about following this Cowork setup process, I would tell them to go for it. It is practical, easy to apply, and genuinely improves the way you manage your daily work. The Cowork Toolkit in a form of a daily newsletter was an insightful guidance on how to build my own COwork environement from scratch. Easy to follow step-by-step isntructions, not hard to udnerstnd but impactful enough to work. It was liek a Lego Technic isntruction in a simple steps to build a workign machine. If someone is just starting with Cowork i would surely recommend this resource as a great startign points. Of course later you need to experiment and do your part, which is logical next step. What i would recommend to add is to how to ensure that toekns usage is kept low, i.e. shoudl we start each new conversation in a new chat or continue in the same while settign up the system, as it was nto clearly articulated but would be very helpful. Overall i am satisfied with the time i invested into buildign my Cowork system and look forward for the more adavnced level of Toolkit as well as full course on it. And surely need to do more expereimentation. I would happy also to have soem manual book with all the best practices assesmbled, not just teh promts but evergreen priciniples to do it effeceintly and be able to build on top of what is already created.

The biggest benefit is the rapid creation of a functional prototype of the system, which I have been looking for for more than 15 years. In the past, I tried to apply GTD principles in the Microsoft Office 365 environment and later in Google Workspace Enterprise, but the range of tools was very insufficient for effectively reducing cognitive load. I had to remember the system in every single program or tool in the Microsoft or Google environment and their mutual relationships, and in addition, I had to use external applications such as Toggl or Trello. Insufficient management of the system of reminders and views on currently necessary tasks and information that I need to know at a given time created extreme stress for me from the fact that I might miss something important. I also resigned myself to trying to design such a system by programming my own application, even though I had a complete functional specification draft and precise case studies for which it was intended. My IT development capabilities and the excessive costs of development through external IT developers discouraged me from this step. I was very disappointed that Google has not developed a service similar to Notion in over 10 years that would integrate all of its Google Workspace tools. Instead, they have added a lot of useless tools that I don't think anyone uses. Notion is an extremely practical tool for quickly prototyping backend and frontend management focused on quick setup and immediate use for execution. This is a really fantastic discovery! I want to continue with the paid version of the Notion Toolkit and set up my management cockpit exactly according to my needs based on the great foundation of the Life OS Command center! I already know that I have found the right platform and the next part is when I have to learn how to use it so that it fulfills its purpose and so that I can fully devote myself to my diverse activities from creative, through development to privacy and managing my healthy lifestyle and nowadays also digital detox. Thank you very much Jeff for your videos and tutorials and I am already looking forward to my progress using your other toolkits for Google Workspace and AI! Great job!

One of the best systems I've used. I've implemented it since you posted about it and it's really helped me ensure nothing gets missed. A must have for someone with a lot of complexity and stuff going on!

This has been a masterclass in "Don't teach product, teach relevant context. Product knowledge will come and student will be engaged because they see what's in it for them". This has been a blast so far. Thanks Jeff

Hi Jeff, I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to express my gratitude for your course, which I took last year. It has significantly improved my work structure, and I frequently receive compliments on how I work!   That $300 was truly one of the best investments of my career.

Hey Jeff! I completed your Notion course and have been using the Command Center for several months! That course was transformative and the CC is hugely beneficial. Excited for the Google Workspace! Thank you for the work that you generously share.

Really great course. Digestable, flexible and to the point. Very rare that you feel your money is well spent with online courses but certainly feel so with this. Hope this new system helps manage the daily stress of evolving asks and needs from colleagues and customers.

Your toolkit and explanations in the videos are amazing. They are relatable as well as funny. I like the my day button the best, but everything you share is amazing.

I guess my favorite thing wasn't so much the databases ideas or the templates but more so the understanding of the system and its importance. The week-long newsletter is a great idea to slowly start building and experimenting.

Amazing way to learn how ai can be productive and helpful. Jeff’s tips are like a free Time Machine that takes you forward in a hurry. Already my most powerful tool…sorry Excel we’ll still be friends…come on Claude let’s get stuff done.
