@bowtiedkobra I did it, twisted my ankle on Monday, played 1hr soccer match on Thursday. No ice, no resting my ankle, just did 100% what you guys say. You rock !!

@BowTied_Bengal Ironically last major ankle sprain I had was in December. Discovered Bowtied around then, randomly stumbled across your profile. Ignored all the regular "healing advice". Did your rehab program, was good to go in a matter of 10 days.
@BowTied_Bengal Y’all put out such great content for free it’s insane. Anyone not following you and cobra at this point is just asking for more pain and more $ at the doctor lol. Literally have been able to rehab my wife’s ankle sprain, my herniated disk and dislocated shoulder all without doc.

Followed their rehab process and was playing bball again in less than a week. Around October of last year I tore my UCL in my left elbow making an awkward movement with a chainsaw. I could not pick up a water bottle and hold it out in front of me. @bowtiedkobra Ser, the towel trick relieved my neck in one night. My neck subluxation finally popped free yesterday, has probably popped 20x already in the last 24 hours. 2 months of feeling like I had a golf ball wedged in my vertebrae, gone🥹 You have attained spine God status

@BowTiedKakashi I blew out some foot tendons in October. Will always be grateful for @bowtiedkobra and the alpha he made available for foot/ankle fuck ups When you're healed up and ready to start PTng that joint, hit up King Snek. He was an absolute life saver.

@bowtiedkobra @JamesDLamming Did a triple jump in spring and really turned my ankle. Was reading about RICE scam a couple days earlier so tried to figure out what essentially was this thread. Painful night, probably up to 8 at points, ankle felt 20%. Next day, easily back to 85%. Best recovery ever.
Kudos to @BowTied_Bengal for helping me solve the tight it band mystery 🐲 He was right, getting the quads to relax was key 😎 He used a kettle bell, I laid on top of the foam roller for the technique. Bonus, my left knee is only clicking half as much too. Knee pain gone. 👌
