Finally Seeing How It All Ties Together
I've had my machine for a couple years, mostly making gifts for people. Approaching retirement, I wanted to turn that into something real but had no one to talk to about next steps.
What I kept running into with other programs was that they'd show you most of the picture and leave out a key piece, like YouTube videos that walk you through a process but skip the one thing that makes it actually work.
This is different. I'm finally seeing how it all ties together and getting real direction for the first time.
If you're tired of shooting from the hip and want to actually know your product, your market, and your process, this is worth your time.
Small Wins Every Week, First Show in Two Months
My confidence was a 4 before joining. I had a great product and clear goals but no focused direction, no feedback, and nothing keeping me accountable.
Two months in, I'm at a 7. I've stacked small wins every week, from getting business cards to designing my art market booth, and I just applied to my first show.
I'm naturally shy and I walked in with serious imposter syndrome. The community completely disarmed both. It's genuinely supportive in a way I didn't expect.
This is best for someone who already has a machine, knows their software, and has at least a vague idea for a business. If you've been making things for family and friends and want to turn that into real income, this is where that transition happens.
Once I Get My House in Order, This Will Accelerate Everything
Life has gotten in the way for me so far. Weather, machine maintenance, work scheduling over the calls. I haven't hit my goals yet, but that's on my situation, not the community.
The Thursday calls are inspiring, the people are supportive, and I genuinely believe once I get my own house in order this will accelerate my progress fast.
One thing I'd say: this is best for people who already have some projects under their belt and a machine ready to run. If you're brand new to CNC, get the basics down first. Then come here to build the business.
Skeptical of Every Program Out There. This One Is Different.
I've been running my CNC as a side gig while working full time and raising a family, so the timing wasn't perfect. And honestly, I was skeptical, because everyone and their brother has a program these days and it gets hard to know where to put your time and money.
But I got in, watched the first session, and liked what I saw. For anyone who has solid CNC skills and is ready to start building the business side, this looks like exactly the right place to be.
From Contemplating to Committed
I don't have to reinvent the wheel.
I've done about 9 shows over four years and was still figuring out pricing and booth setup on my own.
Since joining, I have experienced people to bounce questions off and way more confidence in my decisions. I don't have to reinvent the wheel.
If you want real direction from people who've already been there, this is it.
My CNC Sits Idle Way More Than It Should
I've been building live edge chairs and tables for a while, but my CNC sits idle way more than it should. Joining this group is how I'm starting to change that. I can already see the potential here, and I'm working toward getting my first CNC side hustle off the ground.
These guys know their stuff!
This is the only group that I am aware of that talks about the business side of owning a cnc. How to start a business? What works? What doesn’t. The moderators know the tech side of using a cnc without a doubt, but hardly anyone talks about building a small business with your cnc/laser/3d printer And these guys know their stuff! Not hurry, but hard earned experience. There is nothing like this group!
Sales and confidence are up
Before joining, I was averaging $1,600/month and running my shop with about a 5 out of 10 confidence in where I was headed.
In just a short time, my sales are up $200/month and my confidence is a solid 8. Every week I'm getting real direction from Andy, Paul, and Alex and putting it to work immediately.
I went in with nothing to lose. I came out with knowledge I'd call priceless.
If you're even a little curious about growing your CNC business, whether you're brand new or have 50 products already, this is the group to join.
