I was recommended to Les for coaching for my 3-year-old roofing company. I knew we were young and had ways to improve and systems to be put in place.
Once Les started meeting with me and asking me why I was and was not doing certain things... my eyes opened up. I started doing more things he suggested (he never told me I had to do a single thing) I noticed improvements in the business.

Everyone thinks business is going good until that AMEX payment is due! We knew our business was doing well for its age but we didnt know why and we also didnt feel like it.
Les is a wizard in Quickbooks and has helped us read in between the lines to make real projections based in reality.
