- have a clear understanding of how and when to use a 3PL, and learn the key differences between a 3PL and an agent -yes i watched the courses and I learnt how to research and contact factories on Alibaba, filter out the best ones for my product and difference between factories and trading companies. I got also prompt on how to negotiate with factories to get better prices. I also learnt creating spec sheets, validating products samples and providing feedback to the factory to have a final good product. -millions because I was totally lost on the supply chain and outsourcing game haha -absolutely 100% you know what you talking about and you have valuable connections people in china that can help at scale -I understand more the outsourcing game and also litterlay got lot of knowledge on how to approach factories for product development
