I was personally recommended to Ross / Thompson Pianos after much time researching pianos and dealing with various showrooms UK wide, yes they were all very pleasant and helpful. However, Ross pipped it! From the start Ross was very polite, personable and very engaging throughout the process. Ross listened carefully and guided me in my piano choices. All questions answered, showed me the workings of the piano, and provided a demonstration. A couple of weeks later my Yamaha U3 was delivered in pristine condition by Ross and his father. Great service from start to finish, I’m as indecisive as they come and Ross was all too helpful in making sure I made the right choice.
