I struggled on whether I could setup my vault and transfer BTC without Unchained support but chose to do the Onboarding process. I am glad I did because not only did I learn more about public & private keys I was able to resolve an issue with my Ledger hard wallet and sending BTC to my vault. I was pleased overall with the one on one support.

My keys are now in separate secure locations and my brother has a tamper evident bag with a key in his safe in case I kick the bucket.

UC is a standout company in the bitcoin space.
