I work as a RevOps Manager for a SaaS company. I've joined this course to help me build the right foundation within my company. I've managed to put a Priority Matrix in place and an operating cadence and regularly use the context of the handout. Jeff is an expectional presenter who is always willing to share his thoughts and how he built his knowledge. I've truly enjoyed this course.
I am Charu and I am in my early years as a RevOps Professional. I felt called to enroll for this program since I felt the program will expose me to some real world problems that one could face in a professional setting. From covering the technical aspects like implementation of processes to some strategic and tactical challenges, the program covers it all. What's even better is that the program offers a platform for members to meet professionals in classroom where everyone brings a different perspective to the table. The highlight of the program for me were the office hours which more often than not became an opportunity to cut open a challenge and work through it closely with inputs from Jeff as well as other classmates who have dealt a similar situation. Highly recommend the program if you wish to advance your career in the field of RevOps.

Outside of Linkedin and a handful of blogs, so much of the online content on RevOps is created with a bias as SAAS providers publish whitepapers with bold claims about how their tool can solve all of our problems. Instructor Jeff Ignacio takes a refreshingly different approach with this course. Instead of leading with tools, Jeff starts by providing a strong business foundation with focus on operating cadences, tenents before moving on to other key building blocks. These are the elements that create alignment cross-functionally. Contratry to what some SAAS vendors may suggest, tools are important, but secondary. When we did discuss tech stack (and of course trade war stories about various tools during office hours), instead of shying away from common challenges, Jeff empathized and provided real-world examples for solutions. The office hours and Slack chat enabled me to to learn from my peers representing +10 industries and +4 countries, and create an exciting new network. The information in the class was highly actionable and gives me energy to continue on this journey. Thanks to RevOps Co-op for creating this opportunity. Onward and upward! 🚀
