I partnered closely with Anisha on the development of our 2nd Annual ERG Leads Offsite. Specifically, Anisha was a thought partner and felt like an extension of my team as we discussed the agenda, desired outcomes, and content for the offsite.

Anisha developed and delivered extremely helpful content on "Influencing without Authority" and "Effectively Partnering with Executive Sponsors." These sessions were well received by our ERG Leaders and helped them understand how they influence in their day jobs as well as in their ERG Lead roles.
