For over 20 years I had been struggling with the question: what am I destined for in this life? What are my passions and talents and what is my ikigai? I constantly saw friends and family having their 'a-ha!' moment come true, which has always been so incredibly beautiful to see. But I always felt: when is my 'a-ha!' moment coming... I love that it feels like I have a life mentor and at these moments, even though short, they do remind me of what I want and that I’m not alone, and you can do anything that you put your mind into. I noticed changes from the smallest things, like having a headbed cover over my metal headbed and now i sleep better. Even on the nights when I only had 4-5 hours, they’re quality 4-5 hours. I’m still amazed. Helena also helped me make use of the timing, energy and location to increase my creativity.
