Helena helped design my new studio. She came up with very helpful insights and ideas that make me happy to live in my studio everyday. It helped me in feeling confident and at peace in the house. My session with Helena was vastly helpful in gaining insights into my area of questioning. Very early on in the session, a couple of interesting highlights came out which have helped guide my thinking in more productive ways to attain the goals I have. Her attitude and presence is great: interrogative, without being prying, and asking the right questions. I feel better able to approach the problems I was seeking help with, and find that there are ways to apply the learnings outside the specific area of questioning I had.

Wat mij het meest heeft geraakt, is dat het precies duidt wie je bent en hoe je in elkaar zit. Dat ik een overtuiging over mezelf had,(onzekerheid) die door Destiny/ Levens puzzels, werd ontkracht!! Dat heeft mij precies geholpen, om de stappen te zetten, die ik nodig heb om nog meer mezelf te zijn, met meer helderheid over waar mijn kracht ligt. Ik kan alleen maar zeggen, dat het voor mij een waardevolle sessie is geweest en dat komt door Helena, die met kennis liefde en compassie dit geeft.

I love that it feels like I have a life mentor and at these moments, even though short, they do remind me of what I want and that I’m not alone, and you can do anything that you put your mind into. I noticed changes from the smallest things, like having a headbed cover over my metal headbed and now i sleep better. Even on the nights when I only had 4-5 hours, they’re quality 4-5 hours. I’m still amazed. Helena also helped me make use of the timing, energy and location to increase my creativity. It’s as if the work that I produced hit a sweet spot in terms of quality and, again, creativity. I got some opportunities after and i feel, it’s only the beginning :) Doing this with Helena boosts my confidence as well. For over 20 years I had been struggling with the question: what am I destined for in this life? What are my passions and talents and what is my ikigai? I constantly saw friends and family having their 'a-ha!' moment come true, which has always been so incredibly beautiful to see. But I always felt: when is my 'a-ha!' moment coming... It just didn't happen... Until a mutual friend of Helena and I pointed out that Helena can assist me with feng-shui with the bazi and qi-men methods and more. Helena is a warm and beautiful person and when we met again after a few years, there was a wonderful moment in terms of energy; we both got goosebumps and tingling feelings: this was just meant to be. From that moment on, an explosion of energies, memories and information opened up for me; Helena has made me realize what kind of person I am, what I can do with my talents (which I had unconsciously buried in recent years) and what actions I should or should not take and what my destiny is on this earth and life time. I have now taken the first steps based on her advice and which I support 1000%; I am starting a new education which will help me change my career and which suits me and I'm investigating whether I should live elsewhere outside the city, such as on the beach with my dog. The special thing about all of this? I'm finally experiencing what I have seen in my surroundings: my very own 'a-ha!' moment.
