I did this practice intentionally and after 40 minutes I felt relief. We had 3 hours conversation before session to bring the intention up. I really enjoyed my yoga therapy sessions with Lilly! She was very kind and accommodating to my health and physical mobility issues and was able to build a program around them that I can practice daily.

She the prepared a set of personalized exercises that made a huge difference. Sh also gave me heads up on my food plan. Apart from her expertise and readiness to answer my questions and amend the exercises as we progressed, there was another priceless value for me. She held me accountable for sticking to the exercises and doing them regularly on a daily basis. And as I persisted I saw the improvements, the pain in my knees almost disappear and regaining my regular periods for 4th month in a row. This success encourages me to stick to the yoga practice, and shows that little changes can make huge difference.

Her studio is comfortable and welcoming. The daily yoga therapy practice that Lilly developed for my chronic neck pain improved my range of motion in just a few weeks of daily practice, and the breathing exercises helped my energy level improve.
Each session allowed a review and some changes to the practice, as well as the eventual addition of a short evening practice which helped me to achieve deeper and longer sleep.

I really enjoyed working with Lilia as my yoga therapist. The practice was tailored to my needs and was very pleasant. After a few months of following the morning and evening practices I have definitely noticed improvements in my state of mind - I am more calm and peaceful which is very valuable for my Vata-dominant nature. Also, as my therapy was geared towards pelvic health, I definitely noticed improvements in that area as well, with less pain and discomfort in various phases of the cycle. Lilia is very clear, caring and gentle in her instructions and suggestions, and is very attentive to feedback and tweaking the practice in response to my experience and needs. My name is Maria, and I work from home (while seated) a lot. I used to have frequent back pains, specifically in the neck and shoulder areas. I relied on once a month massage sessions which were obviously not enough! I needed help on a daily basis.
I reached out to Lily to solve the back pain issue and start feeling better. I had no idea what yoga therapy was and what advantages it could offer.
Lily started our work with a detailed questionnaire about my health and emotional state. Based on that, she walked me through a series of exercises aiming at relieving my tension in the upper part of my back. She was both showing how to do the exercises, let me do them and corrected me along the way. This was very helpful! All the exercises go in combination with the breathing techniques which bring more relaxation and relieving tension. That was such a discovery!
I started practicing my 12 exercises at home every morning. If I had a question, Lily was always in touch explaining the technique. We met every two weeks throughout the yoga therapy. Lily would observe how I was doing and add or modify some of the exercises to bring a desired result.
After the first 6 weeks of exercises, I noticed that my nagging pain in the neck has gone! I started feeling more relaxed and the tension has gone. That was so rewarding that my well being was in MY hands but not the hands of a massage therapist!
I would definitely recommend Lily as a yoga therapist. She is not only competent in what she does but also very caring and attentive!
Lilya is absolutely incredible and I really appreciate her flexibility in terms of working with me! She listened my health concerns (back pain and feeling stressed) and offered exactly what I needed! I also don't have lots of time, so Lilya created a short routine that I enjoyed, so I can keep up... and I did! I feel so much better now! We are still working on my back alignment, but my initial pain/symptoms were gone!
I met Lilly during the pandemic and she quite literally put me back together:) I had horrible shoulder pain that she helped me alleviate, and the breathing exercises we did together were incredibly calming and relaxing.
