I love the campaign facility which, once set up, allows for an awesome automated email sequence to occur. A real time saver. Their 24/7 customer support is excellent. I just had a fantastic experience with one of their consultants, Mylinh, who offered expedient advice to allow me to resolve an issue.

Great company and email service provider! Their communications are clear, they integrate with practically everything and offer a ton of great support material, and any information you would need to troubleshoot or make a decision is on their website! It's clean, easy to navigate and everything is at your fingertips not buried within multiple submenus! I have been referencing the articles in their blog for years, as they stay relevant and fresh to the times! Human support is always available - no bots in the chat!! My customer support experience with Scott M. today was fast, friendly and he was very informative. No delays in between chats, he understood my questions, and didn't leave me hanging! Looking forward to up-leveling my business with them by my side.

I have used AWeber for 17 years and have loved them. I grew my business from nothing to something quite impactful touching thousands of lives. I have been using Aweber for more than 14-years and it is still working great for me. They are constantly evolving and adding new features. The latest to help my workflow is something called "the newsletter hub" which has a list of all my sent broadcasts on a webpage. By going to the hub, I can quickly and easily view ALL my emails to find themes and to copy and edit for new broadcasts. I used to have to search Gmail (a pain) or copy and paste all my emails into word or Roam Research (also a pain). The newsletter hub is a big timesaver and helps me write better emails. Peace!

I've used AWEBER for years. Recently, I needed to start a campaign — where I mail several messages in sequence after a person signs up. I had never done that before. I called and soon was connected to Mary. I have found their support to be prompt and helpful. Mary taught me the basics. I was so excited I woke up the next morning at 3:00 and started working. When I finished, I called AWEBER to have my worked checked. Kayla said I had done well, made a suggestion or two and my campaign was on the way. Yesterday and today, I am enjoying opening my email several times a day. Scores and scores of people are responding.

I am, decidedly, not tech savvy. But my online business has a rapidly expanding mailing list that requires regular maintenance and I use Aweber for list maintenance and newsletter generation. Any time I have needed any assistance at all, their chat function has proven nothing short of magical. I've never had more than a minute's wait, help is provided by an actual human who is personable, easy to work with and who has quickly and effectively helped me to solve my problem. Cannot sing their praises highly enough.

I've been using AWeber to manage my mailing lists for about five years. Their customer service absolutely knocks it out of the park. Emily G. was only one of a long line of reps who quickly and cheerfully addressed my issue. I have NEVER had a bad or frustrating experience with their customer serve. Not once. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they always fix my problem. I cannot say that about many other things I pay for. I'd recommend AWeber to anyone who needs to find a simple way to attract and keep customers!

I LOVE AWeber for several reasons. The first being...PHONE SUPPORT. I hate those services that only offer email support or LIVE chat. But at AWeber you can talk to people who will walk you through anything you need to set up.. The second reason I love it is the support staff is always helpful with a "smile in their voice". You can tell they love their job, that they're not working there because they need a job like many customer service people at other businesses. I spoke to Justin R. yesterday, remember speaking to him several times. He's always helpful and friendly.

Whenever I've needed help with an issue, I've called them up and received excellent service quickly. If you prefer talking with real people who are friendly, professional and know their stuff, AWeber is the e-mail marketing service for you. They not only provide you with a great e-mail marketing platform, but they are more than willing to show you how to make the most of it! Instead of just sending you videos and manuals to do-it-yourself, they guide you through any issue you may have on the phone. I love it!

AWeber handles my email lists. I have a weekly email that I send to subscribers, plus I have customer lists based on types of items purchased or received. One of the primary features of AWeber is their level of customer support. Every time I have a question, they are quick to respond and work with me to find a solution to the issue at hand. It's very impressive. In fact, this last week there was a question about a customer's email address. After helping me understand the issues, the Customer Service Rep, Amanda H. in this instance, came through with a possible solution to the issue. Impressive!! Thanks so much, AWeber!!
