Brian Cherette is a true professional. What I mean is that he checks all of the boxes. 1- He is fully insured and states this upfront. (I have had others in this industry be vague and even misleading about their credentials) 2- He informs you of the job and gives a quote based on the work he will do. (Many in the industry are not forthcoming and keep the client in the dark) 3- His work is done with great care, taking into account safety and his surroundings. (As he works alone, he is able to be meticulous and not at all rushed) 4- He's flexible. While on this particular job, some other things came up for him to do. Without hesitation, he calculated the additional fee, allowing me to decide right away. We added that into the initial quote and he accommodated these seamlessly into the original job. I cannot say enough good things about Brian. Without a doubt any tree work I need done in the future will be given to him. Remember, he's a genuine "arborist" and knows trees and shrubs very well. My experience of folks in this realm are mostly just firing up their chainsaws, whacking down trees, grabbing their money and they're gone! Not Brian, he wants to be back when you need him and therefore is invested in the long term commitment to his clients. Think of him as a tree surgeon, not a maniac wielding a chainsaw.

Brian of BC Tree Service gave us excellent advice, assessing the health of some trees and the problems with others. He showed us what to look for in the future. AND he planted the most beautiful dogwood tree with pink blossoms. He planted it and put protection around it so that it could not be gnawed at by deer, rabbits etc. He is very reliable…arrives when he says he will and works very hard. We are grateful to have found him!!

I recently used BC Tree services to prune a couple of trees in my yard and I couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism and expertise. The crew arrived on time, executed the removal with precision and left my yard looking immaculate. They even removed an old soccer ball stuck on the highest branches of the tree that had been stuck there for over 5 years :). I would highly recommend BC Tree - they are top notch.

Brian did a wonderful job getting rid of a large pine, a crabapple and a dogwood that were really close to our home. He also mowed down some giant grapevines and birch that were detrimental to other trees and our home. Great job overall.
