Last week, Zak Pollicino & I had the opportunity to take part in a great BDR leadership program ran by Hamish Stephenson 🦘. While we covered a variety of topics across three days - a couple takeaways I enjoyed were: - Being able to dig into WHY I lead my teams a certain way based on past experiences & my personality, and how I can lead even better now knowing these things about myself. - Learning the importance of finding out what motivates myself & my team members. - Cold calling is a humbling experience when you haven't hit the phones in a while (me talking to me 😅) Really looking forward to using the valuable frameworks and ideas as we move into the new year! Awesome way to kick off 2023!
