What motivated me to join TAP was the perspective of becoming a more resourceful teacher. I was tired of spending hours to prepare lessons and felt like the LYE guys could help me implement a materials-light approach. That's exactly what happened! I've beein using a more reactive approach and students have been feeling more engaged. The TAP program created a very positive impact on my teaching and also on my business.
