Adam is by far the best leader for so many reasons. Not only does he know how to keep his team engaged and excited to do their jobs, but he lives what he teaches. He does not hesitate to get in the trenches with his team and make calls, book meetings, close deals. He leads by example and that is a rarity these days. I honestly could write a whole chapter on all of the positive qualities Adam brings to the table. If you have the opportunity to work with him, for him, or beside him, DO NOT PASS IT UP!!!!
