Adam is one of, if not the best, sales leader I know. Adam has a passion for leading people and he excels at it. His capability to solve complex problems both objectively and strategically is incredible. He finds ways to enable his teams to hit aggressive targets and does so with a servant mentality. Adam was a great peer. He and I worked together cross-departmentally between marketing / sales. He understood the importance of alignment and open communication and we accomplished some really great things together. I would recommend Adam in a heartbeat for anyone looking to level up their sales teams and revenue targets.
