Adam is an amazing leader and role model. He's very down-to-earth yet still manages to be inspiring and motivating. He is extremely dedicated to his work, always putting in the extra effort to ensure things are getting done right. He truly cares about his team and their success. Every time I ask someone "tell me more..." I think of the power of digging deeper into the conversation and finding the root cause of my prospect's problems/situations. Thanks for this great lesson.
