If you are hesitating - don't. I hovered over the "purchase" button for a solid 20 minutes before pulling the trigger. I was nervous that after 10 years of being involved in fitness, I wouldn't learn anything new. But after an obnoxiously long plateau that I could not break through, I decided it was worth it. And damn, I am glad I made that choice. I've started to see real results for the first time in SO long. I'm about 8 pounds down and 2 inches off waist and chest. I'm about to begin it all over again. If I am being honest though - the efficient workouts make this program worth it alone. 25 minutes in the gym x3 a week? HELL YES. Never going back to hour long sessions again. Invest in yourself.
