There has been such gradual healing but nothing has jumpstarted my batteries back to life like LUCO. I am in a completely different place and feel like a new me who can reach out and hug the old me. I have rhythm in my weeks, purpose-filled days, and joy because I am freed up thanks to these tools. Furthermore sharing with and hearing from this community each week has me learning about myself even more and makes me feel validated and heard. This has been a game changer for me figuring out where everything needed to fall in place in my day and gives me motivation to do it (joyfully!!)
