We got stalled out trying to set up SES ourselves. Multiple rejections from Amazon, despite providing them with a *ton* of info. I'd already given up and switched to another service when I thought to run it by Dave. *One* message to Amazon and he got us out of sandbox mode and a 50k / day sending cap.
