I lead a multi-functional network engineering group, made up of network design, test and support, device test, software development and SRE teams. My stakeholders are the internal company product teams, other network engineering functions, and ultimately our customers. Before using Regenesis I was doing the same job but with a smaller team, fewer people reporting into me and less operational responsibility.  I believe most of the impact has been streamlining my team management, improving efficiency of operation within the sub-teams, and aligning team objectives with company goals. During the years working with Regenesis I have been given extra responsibility wrt work scope (extra teams added to my group) and resulting promotion. Regenesis? I would say: "Go for it!
