We loved hosting Christy over the last two years. She gradually became comfortable with us and our friends. The highlight was when we all played board games and other seasonal activities. We went for walks, played board/card games and garden games. Christy was studying hard mainly in her room or the dining room and when the weather was nice, she would sit in the garden and enjoy the sun. During meals we would spend time chatting and discussing all sorts of things together. I enjoyed learning a lot about the student’s way of life back home and seeing her grow in confidence and have fun. Hosting is very rewarding so I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
