Before I joined Tobi's program, I suffered with a lack of direction in my life. I used to binge on junk food, smokes 2 packs of cigarettes a day, struggled to be consistent in the gym, and fought against bad habits, like staying up late, which wrecked my sleep quality. Tobi helped me to create a purpose and vision for my life, align my daily actions, and have a reason to get out of bed in the morning. After a big-enough reason why to change, it got a lot easier to me. His protocols and routines were hard to follow initially because I was challenge outside of my comfort-zone but seeing that his stuff works made it a lot easier over time. I can happily testiy that I have changed my life because of Tobi's help.
