Matt helped me over a couple of sessions with connecting my phobia with public speaking to how our brains are wired to protect us from past experiences, provide techniques to handle the anxiety and the presentation style and approach to reduce the pressure. I used his techniques to overcome that feeling, take control and delivered a workshop exercise with over 200 attendees in an in person event. At the end I wanted to do it all over again! I would recommend taking the plunge and working with Matt.
