My name is Daniel, I'm 28, and I live in Seattle. I primarily struggled with "letting go" and allowing myself to enjoy the freedom of play, and Submerged gave me the perfect environment to experience "play". It felt a lot less like training and more like opening up my mind to possibilities that were completely up to me how I wanted to incorporate them into my movement. I can't overstate how impactful the camp experience has had on me and my movement. The classes were well-structured and easy to digest, with just the right amount of guided exploration. But more importantly, the connections and friendships I made are ones I'll carry for the rest of my life with people who have continued to teach me long after the camp was over. I'd recommend this camp to anyone with an open mind. You'll get out of it tenfold what you put in, but you have to be willing to "let go". Come willing to learn, willing to have your mind warped, and willing to give just as much, and you won't regret it!
