I ran a marathon a year ago, and had a hard time getting back into a workout routine, so I signed up for Boh's personal training boot camp. After a short time, I had already noticed a difference! I have never really had tone and definition before, and his training really worked! Each day brought a new and engaging set of activities that worked the whole body in a balanced way. Most of the exercises were new to me and many of them involved different props, which kept the workout interesting! Boh made the workouts challenging, but he was very positive, supportive and easy to work with. I truly looked forward to our 7 AM meetings, and I thought I would have so much trouble dragging myself out of bed!
