I enjoyed my work outs with Dave. I have an old back injury that often flared up if I exercised too often. However, with Dave, he was able to give me exercises that challenged me, but not my back. His approach, based on "functional exercises", was exactly what I needed to keep my back in shape. He listened to my needs and based on his expertise in exercise and personal training, he was able to create a routine that was fun and got results.
