There's a LOT of good information out there on productivity - countless books, courses etc. What I love about The Good Busy course is that it takes nuggets from all these terrific resources, podcasts, books etc. and creates a streamlined distilled version for you to take away. Big plus for the fact that it wasn't another video but rather an interactive way to consume knowledge at your own pace with great design and visuals. It is a nice reminder for leaders to pause and recalibrate on what is important to them and the team in a tangible way. Highly recommend. The Good Busy is perfect for all us busy folks!
