I loved that Alicia knew the local government sector so well. Alicia's style was relatable and in tune with the audience. Her communication was clear and she was a delight to work with and her ability to discuss concepts and theory, within a story and giving the audience the tools to embed new practices into their daily schedules, or operationalise the theory was amazing.
