The Good Busy is a much needed focus especially in this day and age where we a lot of us are packing our days. It is a practical, fact-based workshop delivered in an engaging way. Kate is great at animating groups even virtually and distilling a wealth of information from different perspectives into easily digestible points. Highly recommend.
